Terms & Conditions

Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms under which Just Roller Blinds makes the products available to you. By placing an order online or over the phone you accept these terms and conditions.


The price you will pay is the price shown at the checkout and on your confirmation email, these prices are inclusive of GST and the total price shown is the price you will pay. All prices shown are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Cancelling or Modifying your Order

Our products are custom made but you can cancel or modify your order up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Contact us the next business day (Monday to Friday) from placing your order, otherwise contact our customer service team to enquire if your order has started manufacturing.

Because all our blinds are custom made they are not suitable for re-stocking or re-sale, changes can be made after the manufacturing process has started but will income costs to do so. Contact us the next business day from placing your order.

Refunding Your Payment

After an order is canceled or modified within the 24-hour period of placing the order, money will be credited to Your Bank Account or Credit Card within 7 days of notification. Refunded Money may take a few days to show in your account, we cannot be held responsible for interbank transfer delays.

System Errors

We reserve the right to cancel an order or orders where a pricing error has occurred due to system failure within our database or website.

Stock Shortages

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. No discounts or compensation can be offered under these unforeseen circumstances.

Free Fabric Samples

Just Roller Blinds recommends everyone order free samples before ordering. While Just Roller Blinds makes every attempt to ensure that sample colours are accurately displayed on the website, due to different types, styles, and settings of computer monitors shading and colour may appear differently to the exact colour. Colours may also vary due to dye lot issues from one batch of fabric to the next.


We cannot be held responsible if the measurements are incorrect, here are some key points to help you.

  • Follow the measuring guides
  • Use a good quality tape measure and measure in millimeters
  • Do not take off allowances
  • The fabric will be approximately 30mm less the than the width of the blind
  • Contact Just Roller Blinds or send photos if you are unsure before ordering

Delivering Your Goods

Just Roller Blinds use outside Freight companies to deliver your orders and cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur once the Goods have left our premises. Whilst we shall use our reasonable endeavors to meet the delivery date specified on Your Order confirmation, we can only go by the date given to us by the Freight Company. Deliveries are Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.

Defective Goods

Just Roller Blinds backs the quality of our products and offer a 10 year warranty. We reserve the right to either replace or repair the product and it may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection prior to a replacement or repair.
